Madurodam, Netherlands

Madurodam is a magical park replicating the Netherlands in highly-detailed miniature. It was built in honor of Dutch hero George Maduro after WWII. I spent happy hours there as a child. It was Ruth's favorite place to experience.

Cherry blossoms | DC sakura

Ruth and I enjoyed our (and hordes of other folks') traditional stroll around the Tidal Basin to view the cherry blossoms. Obligatory photos. A lovely evening.
