Quarantine Diary 12 / Quiet weekend suite

Another quiet Saturday together with my dear Ruth.
We managed to get out for a walk, do our weekly grocery run. Ruth finished her puzzle.

So much is a puzzle.

American observations. Tasty Carryout, Capitol Heights MD

I have passed this carryout restaurant many times. It is on Marlboro Pike in Capitol Heights, Maryland, very near the DC line.

Old school.

It was closed up due to the current coronavirus pandemic when I stopped by.

Quarantine Diary 10 | Another quiet day. Shopping, a mission of kindness, keeping the Passover, a walk in the park.

Ruth and I made our weekly shopping trip, helped a shut-in (safely), and took a lovely walk in a park in South Reston, as spring continues to blossom.

Ruth also made wonderful matzah rolls to help us enjoy the process of celebrating and appreciating this festival of liberation.
