Quarantine Diary 38 | A blast for justice, and a cheerleader

Quarantine Diary 38. On the eve of Rosh Hashanah, many Jewish groups gathered to hear the blast of the shofar, a ram's horn, to announce the new year. It's sounding is a clarion call to awareness. My congregation, the Fabrangen havurah, combined this with our weekly public vigil for racial justice.

We were joined by a masked cheerleader.

To a blessed new year, and to fairness and justice for all.
