Small steps: Mid-East peace progress | Washington Institute for Near East Policy

A photograph I made  for the Washington Institute for Near East Policy of Prince Turki bin Faisal, Saudi Arabia's former intelligence chief and one-time ambassador to Washington, and retired IDF Maj. Gen. Yaakov Amidror, former national security advisor of Israel. The two nations do not recognize one another. So, this handshake and public discussion mattered. Steps towards peace. Slow, but steps.

Thanks to Jeff Rubin of the Institute for the assignment, and his confidence in my work.
