Very young pirate | lots going on.
I encountered this young lady making growly pirate noises at the 100th birthday party for a mutual friend.
It was an interesting exchange.

Operation Understanding Class XIX | training
I documented a recent weekend workshop of Operation Understanding's Class 19.
The young people and the staff of this meaningful and effective program continue to inspire me.
I have covered the program since its inception in 1994.
I have learned far more than I have offered up in images.
Please check out their website at OUDC.org and consider supporting their good work promoting knowledge, community, diversity, inter-ethnic cooperation, and an end to racism.

I have included a few other images of him and his ensemble.
