SkillsUSA Conference 2015 - Louisville KY
I recently documented my 30th SkillsUSA National Skills Leadership Competition, held this year in Louisville, Kentucky. About 16,000 people attend, with many state winners competing in their trades for gold, silver, and bronze medals. An elite group of champions goes on to compete internationally in the World Skills event (this year in Brazil) as Team USA.
Thanks to Tom Hall and his terrific communications team for the experience... and for surviving yet another year.
And thank you to Marge and Scott Ely for hosting me during my (minimal) break time. Much appreciated.
Here are a number of my favorite images, from many thousands recorded during the week.
