Wet plate collodion portraits of Lloyd Wolf by Mac Cosgrove-Davies

I recently met and had the pleasure of sitting for a portrait by Mac Cosgrove-Davies, who creates photographs using a 150-year-old wet plate collodion (tintype) process. 

The exposure times for these two pictures were approximately seven and thirty seconds, using an 8" x10" view camera. The plates, which are unique, have to be coated onsite, then exposed and developed while still wet.
