OUDC 30- Juneteenth in Congo Square

Class 30 of Operation Understanding DC (OUDC)'s first stop on their Civil Rights Summer Journey was to celebrate Juneteenth in Congo Square in New Orleans. The Wild Tchoupitoulas were the featured performers, a legendary NOLA band.
