April Fool 2026

51 years of foolishness....

AIMBE 2025

These pictures were made on assignment for the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineers (AIMBE). All pictures were created in-camera.

April Fool 2025

This is the 50th April Fool card.

I began creating these in 1974, but due to an inexplicable lapse in the Space/Time/Foolishness Continuum, all trace of 1975 vanished completely (this phenomenon has been referred to as "facete-flectitur tenebris foraminis" in the peer-rejected Journal of Incomprehensible Solopsisms.). It has since arrived dutifully on an annual basis.

I heard there is a submarine on your ceiling...

In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Today we honor an exemplar of the highest ideals of our nation, a brave, just, and moral leader, the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., z'l.

May we all learn from and follow his example; to stay strong, focused, ethical, wise, and compassionate.

Collages for my college class' 50th reunion (Trinity College)

I just made these two collages for my graduation class' (Trinity College 1974) upcoming 50th reunion.

One piece is largely of teachers and sites on campus, the other is mostly of students. All the pictures were made while I was the photo editor on the college paper, The Trinity Tripod. I scanned old contact sheets and printed pictures, and this happened. A gift to my classmates.

Time, time, time... and memory.
