D25|EDCJCC volunteer effort 2020

The Edlovitch DCJCC (the Washington DC Jewish Community Center) had to adapt its annual D25 volunteer day this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of going to shelters, food kitchens, old age homes, community centers, and the like to provide direct services to those who are in need on Christmas Day, it arranged to have people package and deliver meal kits for distribution to those who are experiencing food insecurity. 

The photographs were made at the JCC of both the pickup and delivery of the food.
