Coverage of the South Arlington Vigil and Call to Action for justice and an end to racism.
It was held in the field of the Charles Drew Model School, in the historically African-American Green Valley neighborhood.
The vigil was organized by Black Parents of Arlington, Ms Yolande Kwinana, and Delegate Alfonso Lopez. Moving presentations from schools, civic groups, politicians, activists, performing artists, and our police department were made. Social distancing, due to the continued COVID-19 virus pandemic, were adhered to.
