Operation Understanding DC 23 / Africa program

Operation Understanding DC Class 23 recently met for a seminar on history, issues, and identity regarding Africa. The presenting panel from ONE had knowledgeable speakers representing Liberia, Zambia, Ethiopia, and other nations to present and discuss their experiences with the OUDC participants.
