Rezility- portraits at Edgewood Commons, DC

These portraits of residents and volunteers at Edgewood Commons in NE Washington DC are my personal outtakes from an assignment covering Rezility, a free app developed through Enterprise Community Partners.

"Rezility is the first free, personalized, socially-powered app that connects people to opportunity and empowers them to engage, connect and thrive in their communities to build stable, secure futures for themselves and their families."

Thank you for this opportunity to Nicole Gudzowsky of Enterprise, the on-site staff of Rezility, and the good people of Edgewood Commons.

William Shakespeare's birthday party at the Folger Library

I again had the pleasure and honor of photographing the annual birthday party for the Bard of Avon at the Folger Shakespeare Library in DC.

Thanks to all of the Folger staff, and a big shout out to Garland Scott for the assignment.

A bunch of politicians and the like that I have photographed recently

I have recently made photographs on assignment of His Excellency Mohammed Al-Issa, the Secretary General of the Muslim World League; Virginia State Delegate Danica Roem; Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, Montgomery County Maryland Executive Ike Leggett, Virginia Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, former Maryland Governor Parris Glendenning, four-star US Army General Joseph Votel, the head of US Central Command, and Congressman Don Beyer of Virginia.

The first spread of images was made for NAESP, the National Association of Elementary School Principals.

Thanks to Dr. Kaylen Tucker of NAESP for the assignment.

The cover photo is of SkillsUSA's Annual Report and two awards publications for them. Thanks to Tom Hall there for the work, and for his inventive designs.

The bottom two pieces are for NASSP, the National Association for Secondary School Principals, working through their design and PR agency, MDG. Thanks to Liz Goldsby and her talented staff for this work.
